Model VB-750 is rated for 750,000 BTU per hour Input and an Output Rating of 633,750. The VB-1000 is rated for 1,000,000 BTU per hour Input and an Output Rating of 845,000.

The VF Series Commercial Boiler is made of a Heavy Duty construction of Rust Proof Copper and a Copper Finned Tube Heat Exchanger. The boiler has a digital current Boiler Status Display that has help screens to help you troubleshoot the boiler. This style also has a Remote Temperature Sensor for the Storage Tank or The Primary Heating Loop. The VF Series has the EMC-5000 Modulating Control. This function can also adjust the heating loop temperature at the boiler for a smoother and fully operational boiler.

This device can control all of the electrical operations of the boiler with its own diagnostic program. The VF boiler also has a 4 to 1 Turndown Ratio. This means the boiler has full capacity to stop the boiler from short cycling. As we mentioned the boiler has a Copper Fin Heat Exchanger that is designed to have an up and down 2 pass heating system. With the Copper Fins, there is no thermal shock. The parts of the boiler that are not covered in copper are actually covered in a porcelain glass protection covering.

There are also some optional features that are available for the VF Series Commercial Boiler. A factory Mounted and Pre-Wired Pump is available, it is an all bronze constructed pump for uses on the first and second pumping systems.
